Pen Through Dollar Bill

Any bill is borrowed from a spectator. The magician then takes a pen, and sticks it right through the bill! The bill is shown clearly with the pen right through. The pen is then ripped from the bill, yet the bill is completely unharmed! The pen and bill are then handed out for examination!
